Case Erecting

Whether it's RSC cases, trays with lids or without lids, glue close or tape close, rml have a wide range of automatic erecting solutions for your production line. Futhermore, if you have a special or unusual erecting requirement, you'd be hard pressed to find a machine builder that knows cardboard erecting better than we do!

	rml m146 Meat Tray Erector The rml m146 is a specialised tray erector for erecting leak proof meat trays.
	rml m149 Tray Lidder The rml m149 tray lidder is designed to accept freshly packed trays of meat, and apply glued lids reliably and squarely ready for storage or transport.
	rml e196 High Speed RSC Case Erector The rml e196 RSC Case Erector is designed to erect a wide range of RSC case sizes at up to 25 cases per minute when configured with tape closing. The flighted side drive design ensures that squarely erected cases are always produced.
	rml e178 RSC Case Erector The rml e178 RSC Case Erector is designed to erect a wide range of RSC case sizes at up to 8 cases per minute. It is configured with a unique tape closing system where the case is held perfectly square while the 3M tape head is passed under the case.
	rml e197 Full flap RSC Erector The rml e197 full flap RSC carton erector is a fully adjustable machine designed to erect and glue close RSC cartons with overlapping major flaps. It operates in intermittent motion by erecting RSC blanks into a flighted chain at speeds of up to 10 cartons per minute.
	rml e126 Tray Erector The rml e126 tray erector is another quality machine from rml�s range of e series erecting automation for the food and consumer goods industries.
	rml e156 Tray Erector The rml e156 tray erector was developed for the horticulture and meat industries to erect ridged trays at up to 30 trays per minute. The requirements for an interlocked stacking feature and quality presentation, meant that repeatable precise folding was critical.
	rml e116 Tray Erector The rml e116 tray erector is a simple and economic machine designed to erect simple trays at speeds of up to 20 per minute.
